This service is for the couple that is in the beginning phase of planning their special day and would like some direction on where to start.
* Theme development.
* Budget questions and direction.
* Wedding etiquette questions.
* Creation of wedding timeline.
Fee is $150.00 for the first hour and $50.00 per hour for each hour after.
Day of Coordination
This service is for the couple who has planned their special day and would like to enjoy their day without all the stress and last minute decisions that may arise. Day of Coordination services can be customized to each specific couple.
* 1st consultation with bride and groom to discuss the wedding details and review vendor contracts.
* Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day timeline.
* 2nd consultation closer to the wedding day to discuss last minute details.
* Rehearsal and wedding day supervision.
* Setup of candles, favours, place cards etc.
* Use of emergency kit.
* Supervision of photo session.
Fee for this service is $650.00.
Full Wedding Coordination
This service is for the couple who would like assistance with planning their special day from the beginning. Full Wedding Coordination can be customized to each specific couple.
* Unlimited consultations.
* Theme and decor developement.
* Set up of budget and management.
* Vendor recommendations.
* Attendance at vendor meetings if desired.
* Contract review and negotiation.
* Creation of wedding timeline and checklists.
* Menu Selection assistance if desired.
* Rehearsal coordination and supervision.
* Wedding day coordination and supervision.
* Supervision of photo session.
* Use of emergency kit.
* Set up of candles, favours, place cards, etc.
Fee for this service is 10% of the total wedding budget. For example if your wedding budget totals $25,000.00 our fee would be $2,500.00. Please note that there is a $1,000.00 minimum.
